Medvedev listens to Linkin Park

In a recent interview with the three major Russian TV stations, Medvedev revealed that his 14 year old son listens to Linkin Park, and that he, the president of Russia, even listens to them sometimes.

[Putin is manly] Judo

Current Prime Minister, and eternal manly man, Vladimir Putin has generously offered to join his country's judo squad. On the Moscow Times front page you can see a picture of him signing the judo manual he wrote with his trainer. (I tried to find a copy of this in Vlad, but none of the bookstores had it.)

Interesting tangent: the gym instructor at the institute where I studied had a four-foot portrait of Putin in his judogi and black belt hanging from his office wall.
